Hi Aimee Thank you for your question. This flooring is a contract quality, vinyl sheet product which can be purchased by the roll or in tile form. This type of product comes in a variety of surface finishes and is available in many different colours and patterns. It can be easily trimmed to size before being aherred to the floor. It should only be laid by an experienced flooring contractor and it is important to ensure the substrate (that is the surface onto which it is being laid) is clean, dry, level and smooth prior to laying it. Any grit could cause it to bubble and rise. This type of flooring can be prone to contracting back a little at the edges after being laid, so the contractor should trim generously rather than exactly in order to allow for this. It is more expensive than domestic grade flooring but well worth it if you want a long lasting, attractive floor that is easy to maintain, durable and anti-microbial. Hope that's helpful.
