what would be the minimum distance from island to oven
Comments (3)The minimum is 1219mm. By the way in your new design do you have a landing space to the left or right of your oven? If you opt for less distance maybe your designer should do some research on ovens that have doors that open side ways instead of top down....See MoreBath or no bath? Comments (6)If I had a small child, definitely. Plus, I use my bathtub for so much more than baths. It's also great for pet baths and other cleaning duties. I don't have a utility sink in my laundry, so maybe if I had a utility sink, I would not need the bath tub so much....See Morewhat's the perfect bedroom greige - grey / beige ? prefer Resene.

Comments (4)Sorry for the delay....well I still haven't quite got to the floor yet. I have friends and family advising that black would show up every bit of dust etc and one friend who had a shiny black floor and felt that she was forever mopping, and if the light shone on the floor on the wrong angle you could see where the mop had been. I think this would frustrate me too much especially with young children and a cat so I think a whitewash look could be a good option, or reclaimed battered timber perhaps.......see why I haven't chosen the floor yet. Lol. You could always go a black but a weathered matt reclaimed timber that could look good too. Good luck!...See MorePAL
