Refurbish Suggestions

Hi Guys! I got these stunners for $15 each & can’t decide on how to refurbish to resell!
I’m leaning towards whitewashed.
I think dark brown stained would be classic & easy to maintain, but every time I sell something like that the buyer goes ‘oh I’m going to paint it Hampton’s style’.
Painting is also an option but I think would be a shame.
Any ideas or example pics?

They are gorgeous chairs!!! I actually did some myself a couple of years ago with dark stain & had the cushions recovered in a light grey fabric. They were for me so i chose the colours to match my outdoor theme. Hamptons is such a big thing these days and the style of your chairs probably lends itself a bit more to that style. If you're intention is to sell them on, then it would be easier to sell to the market, but if you have dark stain you want to use up then go with that, but see if you can use a monstera plant fabric for the cushion covers - the green plant fronds with a pale dusty pink background is still really popular and would look great on the darker colour :) Here are mine as an example. :)

    All the best!!
