Which is the cheapest way to build a house prefabricated or hire a project based company? If I want to build prefabricated which companies are available in a Sydney?
unless you can do all the labour to erect the prefab (and that usually needs several people at the same time) and have a team of tradespeople ready to do their part the cheapest way to build a house is use an experienced project builder ..the biggest challenge is juggling all the skilled workers to arrive in the correct sequence and to locate all the extras like kitchen cabinets, tiles, light fittings etc etc etc.... a prefab is just a kit and you then have to do everything else that a competent team of professional do every day..choosing colours and styles of all the fittings and fixtures needs enough decisions and the Project builders can source everything at much better prices but only way to know for sure is to compare quotes and carefully study the list of exclusions
Don’t forget quality can often be the variant in costs so do your research. There are also modular factory built homes too that get brought to site almost completed
