Comments (4)Mod Podge is the best stuff for decoupaging. That is pretty much what you will be doing except with a much larger piece of paper. If you do this procedure make sure you coat the completed item as well, not just what you would do to make it bond onto the wood or canvas or whatever material you are using. Comments (1)The best way to do this is to choose a theme for the frames - it could be black or white, or natural timber (or even a mix if you're putting them on a plain wall) Make sure the frames have a variety of sizes. Then lay them on the floor to decide your layout - take a photo! That way when you start putting them up you won't forget what goes where. Don't have them spaced too far apart - 50mm is plenty. Comments (1)First, find out if the hallway wall is load bearing. If it is, you probably won't be allowed to cut into it or remove it without a structural engineer approving the modification(s).
