I thought about the desk facing the other way actually, to avoid feeling enclosed I do have really great views there so I thought about a small couch and maybe a bookshelf on the back, but having the dining table in front is probably not the best either.... complicated :( Here are a couple more pics, today was a beautiful day so I managed to get more of the views

Hi, we have an unusual space where the bottom cupboards are actually head space for a stairway downstair. We are running the bench (700wide) over this along the wall (the glass door is being replace by wall) and looking at an on bench panty system. Has anyone used the Hettich Vertico mono system in a large 1200 wide 700m high (maximum extent) installation? We would have all the appliances behind it and potentially lit glass display shelving on the top 700 to the ceiling. I'm just curious as have only seen this in small appliance cupboard type installations to date. thanks

I think the brands you have listed are good! What colour were you thinking? How have you gotten the opportunity to import carpet? I hope it's not too expensive for you!

I have colonial country pantry door in white and want to add barn doors to my open plan kitchen dining with a timber finish will this be too much?! I also have two other doors into this room and not sure what style yet.
