Wardrobe Depth Dilemma

Hi all,

We're renovating our new unit and have come to the last item with the master bedroom wardrobe. The current wardrobe has floor to ceiling sliding mirrored doors which we love. The built-in cabinetry that was behind it had to unfortunately be ripped out due to falling apart and rotten timber. The dilemma that's presented to us is the depth behind the doors is 55cm at it's shallowest. We working on a budget solution here and were hoping to use the Ikea Pax solution to create something here but their depth is 36cm or 58cm, the former being too narrow for our needs and the latter too deep for the space. Our only other options I can find are the Bunnings flexi solution or going custom wardrobes (which will be pricey I presume). We've looked at the Ikea Elvarli range but it doesn't appear to be the sturdiest when we reviewed in store.

Wondering if anyone has any other suggestions on possible options we could explore that as budget friendly as possible. Our space dimensions are 3.6m(W)x2.4m(H)x0.55m(D). Attached was our proposed layout from the Ikea Pax Planner.

Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
