Ring around and get quotes from local companies, make sure you have somewhere to stay while this is all happening as the dust gets everywhere and in everything even with the plastic barriers.
Remove kitchen. Replace all floors, (you haven’t said what kind of floor, timber or tiles or vinyl?? ) Install your new kitchen. Then paint all ceilings, then Walls, then skirting.
Some put the final floor layer in after the cabinetry so it doesn’t go under cabinets. But you need to talk to the flooring supplier about your circumstance. Personally I’d put flooring under cabinets it gives a better seal and easier to slide appliances in and it’s there if you change layouts. But may cost more.
The first thing you should do is a Master Plan. Write down everything you want to accomplish with your renovation. You need to break it down. When you say your flooring is terrible, what does that mean? Do you need replacement carpets? Do you want a floating floor? Are you after tiles? Once you have a list, allocate a budget to each item. You may also want to add a priority rating to sort out what is done when. Don’t forget to work out your dependencies. Structural things like removing walls, adding air con and changing doors/windows (anything that makes a mess) come before the pretty-ing up like painting and new floor coverings . PS you can rip up most floor coverings and live with the substrate for a while. It’s better than living with dust filled carpets. Personally I’d do two coats of paint before the kitchen is installed and then a touch up coat after. Depends on the flooring you’re after for the order of installation of new but definitely pull up the old before painting. Doing a plan up front will save you money.
Depends on the flooring you want, some floors aren't rated to carry the weight of kitchen cabinets. If you are worried about the seamless finish ask your kitchen installer to leave off the kickboards then do the floor and install kickboards on top.
