Leaky Faucet at swivel point how to remove?

Old school kitchen faucet not sure how to disassemble it's not obvious, definately no screws/nuts!?!? See pic
Any clues much appreciated it's doing my head in. Cheers

    Thanks Kate, it was only leaking at the swivel, I actually found the tiny screw hole but had to drill it out in the end which creates new problem, but managed to get it apart, I'm remote so won't be calling a plumber

    And you should be able to unscrew the wall piece now if you want to replace whole unit
