Hi pros,

We had our house renovated last year. In the last few days, I started to notice that the bathroom ceiling had some stains around the shower area. The original ceiling was wood and I had no idea how many paints were applied or whether the wood was sanded off. How do I fix the ceiling? Do I have to sand it off and restarted again? Or can I just apply stain blocker and then primer and paint? I’be attached the photo for before and now.
