The white render just doesn’t match the rest of the home. Where is your front door? I recommend landscaping with shrubs and colourful planting. Where ever the front door is, make it easily identified with large pots and maybe a couple of chairs or bench. Do you park vehicles in that white rendered part of home?
Maybe purchase a cover for your aircon motor. This picture is definitely not your home aesthetic, but it shows what could be done at the house entry, if that is the door inside the verandah/parking area.
Landscaping would make a huge difference, you could add hard landscaping for effect, using corten steel edging cut into the lawn gives a beautiful tiered effect, add a row of trees along fence line, and define your front entrance with beautiful planters, cover a/c with cover as suggested and paint in a similar colour to roof.
