What is height of top of window opp

Just to clarify what you are actually worried about. Is the grey areas on your plans the tiled area? Are you saying that you would like tiles on the sides and the top of the mirror or if not tiles then a bigger mirror. Each change would be an additional charge for the variation. A 2000m mirror is a standard size. It will cost more for a bigger mirror. It will also cost more to finish the tiles on that wall above the mirror and around the door. It depends on your budget. There is nothing wrong with the look as drawn. You could spend quite a lot more money and get the whole wall tiled and have two individual mirror cabinets. Only you know whether that expense is necessary.

The balance looks good to me, tiles between vanity and mirror and end in line with both.

2 x 1 m mirror is a good size. If you have little ones check to make sure that they can see themselves as the mirror starts at 1110 from the floor

Never mind the mirror: FTB, I'll come back to that. There are two things I would change on this plan. I would change the bathroom door to be off the hallway and bring the toilet room door to the hall too so then the space behind the bathroom door you can add a vanity in the pwd room... very handy for peaceful family life and guests too. The next thing I would much prefer is to have the vanity cupboards to the floor and use drawers. You loose so much storage in the wall hang units and it must be easier to clear the floor to the kicker and not the wall far back underneath. Then mirrors with shaving mirrors above both will be great extra store for all the tiny things we keep in bathrooms. The height of these maybe determined by the structure and necessity without rebuilding the walls totally.... Go well> I hope this helps. Cheers Margot
