Our Solution Clients with young families need very specific spaces and lots of storage for the stuff of life. This fantastic client wanted much more flexibility from the floor space and wanted every living area to be as light as possible, but to retain and work with some period features. Over time family spaces need to change and adapt as children grow, work commitments evolve needing home working areas and visiting friends and relatives need comfortable space and privacy. Planning a family home looks at these competing elements and as ever tries to get more space from the house than it seemed to have, that was done using some neat space planning and clever arrangement of uses within each floor plan.

Bath | This modern bathroom is perfect for the cutest boys in the family. Penny round horizontal tile strips and wood accents warm this little space up.

A remodeled bathroom featuring a new tiled shower base with heavy duty shower doors that were installed along with a chic gray tile backsplash. A new dark wooden vanity with granite countertops was also added, as well as a complete re-tiling of the whole bathroom floor to match the room’s new and improved look. Glazed green metro tiles laid in brick pattern form a central feature in this family/guest bathroom. The geometric pattern floor tile provide a contrasting pattern whilst the marble counter top reference a theme that runs throughout the house

Bringing the non linearity of the wall's backsplash to the floor, this modern bathroom uses a unique hexagonal patterning to ornament the space. With with ring-esque black tiling, the tiling give the square space a more natural feeling in form.
