This lovely powder room was a part of a large aging in place renovation in Northern VA. The powder room with an extra large doorway was designed to accommodate a wheel chair if needed in the future with plenty of grab bars for assistance. The tilting mirror adds an elegant touch.

Mirrored wall cabinets with bevelled edge mirrors gives a luxurious touch to the wall cabinets. Or clients choice of wall sconces provides balance and subdued lighting to the the mirrored cabinets and double basin vanity.

After: This bathroom turned out beautifully! 12x12 porcelain tile graces the shower walls, with a corresponding mosaic border. Brushed nickel accessories accompanied with a clean quartz countertop polish the space. The wood style tile flooring matches well with the wall tile. A stunning ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and walk in shower

We completed this beautiful bathroom renovation early January 2024. Our client has been gradually updating their home and felt the bathroom was one of the more pivotal spaces needing an update (the home had never been renovated since it was built in the 60s). The original alcove tub felt closed in and congested so we decided to change to a corner tub with a corner glass to give the space a more open feeling. The MDF painted vanity was built custom to fit our clients traditional tastes. An interesting feature in this project was the tub overflow, which is a new OS&B product that allows for the overflow to serve as a filler for a spoutless look.
