This powder room was given a major renovation, it could not be enlarged due to structural limitations. New flooring was changed to marble mosaic tiles. A new zebra wood vanity replaced the existing pedestal sink. In addition it adds much needed storage, and an elegant feel throughout the room. A marble counter top, hand made free form glass vessel sink and wall mounted faucet was added. custom mirror up to the ceiling as to provide height. the vanity was changed to a ceiling flush crystal light. Beaded cream coloured wallpaper was added, and in addition the ceiling was painted in an espresso colour with a soft white crown molding. Finishing this neutral, elegant look are the pop of the red accent colours.

This small guest bathroom features a glass-tile mosaic wainscoting that divides the wall in two. With limited space in this bathroom, a wall-mounted single-piece toilet and cabinet storage help to maximize the space.

This 3/4 bathroom was designed to be a statement for guests who come to the home. A bright red glass vessel sink with a bronze spout faucet sit on top of a vintage furniture piece that was modified to house the plumbing. The tiles are a brick red color in a hexagon shape on the floor, and vertical rectangle in the shower. The shower pan is a black pebble to tie in the earthy elements of this room. The backsplash is a black glass mosaic tile with its mirror inlaid into it, the tiles act as a frame around the mirror. Two decorative glass pendant lights were hung for an added statement.

This beautiful custom bathroom remodel is designed to bring in natural elements from the surrounding redwood forest. The amazing bathroom has a custom heated concrete tub, custom cast concrete countertop, custom walnut doors and trim, olive wood cabinetry and a unique water jet tile layout. -Kate Falconer Photography

OPPORTUNITY: Creating a comfortable and functional space for two in the master bath was the first priority. This included a need for both counter and storage space, as well as a desire for a more spa-like atmosphere.
