Kids Full Bath with Sloped Ceilings

This was a redo of a River House - Now a Lake House on Lake Medina. It was originally built in 1906 as weekend house on the Medina River. Later the river dammed and it became a weekend lake house. In keeping with the overall look of the house we tiled this shower in black and white subway tiles and tiled the entire walls of the bathroom. We installed frameless glass shower. It went from a 1906 old tub to this clean and inviting bath. It was a fun project

Powder room with wainscoting and full of color. Walnut wood vanity, blue wainscoting gold mirror and lighting. Hardwood floors throughout refinished to match the home.

This half bathroom went from a dull, builder grade look to an eye-catching, memorable space. The bold paint color adds drama to the room and the metallic wallpaper really make this bathroom pop! A mixture of metal finishes and the crisp white vanity add a clean look to the Half Bathroom. Hickory wood flooring was added and runs throughout the main floor of the home.

Our Indiana studio created an elegant and sophisticated design plan for this beautiful Euro-inspired custom-build home in Zionsville’s Holliday Farms country club. Throughout the home we used a neutral palette for a bright and seamless flow and thoughtful lighting to create interesting focal points. The home bar got a classic look with wooden cabinets, a beautiful island, and minimalist bar chairs. The airy kitchen’s light-colored cabinets and comfortable bar chairs exude warmth and cheer. The small main floor powder bath needed a facelift.

This was once a bedroom with hardwood floors and 8 ft ceilings. The small closet was converted into a water closet. The freestanding tub was placed in front of the window. An orb was hung above for added light. The back wall was tiled with 48x24 tile from floor to ceiling to help make the space look larger. Penny tile was used on the floor of the shower. Because the glass was one solid piece and went to the ceiling there was no need for a door. The vanity/furniture piece had a modern look with a trough sink and 2 modern chrome faucets that match the rest of the plumbing in the bathroom. The back lite mirror lights up the room with the added can lights above. An armoire had electrical added to the back side of the piece and houses all of the toiletries for the space. The walls are painted White Dove by Benjamin Moore

The powder bath has a wallpapered accent wall, with glass sconces. The vanity is black with large gold pulls. The vessel sink is rectangular shape and sits on a beautiful granite countertop.
