This tranquil bathroom has his and her vanities separated by a gorgeous freestanding soaking tub with separate open spacious walk-in shower. Decorative lighting, the richness of the cabinets, combined with the hex mosaic tile placed perfectly make this a one-of-a-kind master bathroom retreat.

Strategically placed LED can lights compliment the windows in this bathroom, really brightening up the space. The light shades of gray in the basketweave Mosaic tile flooring, Sherwin Williams “Agreeable Gray” paint on the walls, and the light “Latte” Quartzite vanity countertops create a soothing, spa-like setting in the remodeled bathroom. Just beside the new shower is a sleek custom ‘Hers’ vanity with dark stained cabinets and Satin Nickel hardware. The undermount sink has been relocated to the center of the vanity, adding visual interest and allowing for additional drawers to be incorporated. These drawers provide the extra storage the clients wanted and also have electrical outlets installed inside, perfect to conceal cords and prevent clutter on the countertop. These clients wanted to modernize this 1958 house with updated fixtures, hardware, paint and flooring. We updated two bedrooms, two bathrooms and all flooring throughout the house with the exception of the kitchen! All time worn repairs were done, closet systems put in place, wood floors replaced the carpets and updated paint turned these rooms into designer spaces!

We removed the carpet and found original mosaic tile in excellent condition. Painted the walls brown and put up a splashy shower curtain until we figured out a solution.

J&J bath for kids. Originally this space had no tile on the walls and floor was ceramic 8x10. By adding just a few extra details, USI was able to give this space an updated look.
