We demolished the existing shower curb in favor of a walk-in shower with appropriately placed grab bars and a hand-held shower unit. An in-wall toilet allowed us to install the bowl at the exact height needed as well as gain valuable inches of floor space. Fold-down bars offer a needed assist. A vintage bathroom that needed renovating to have a more up-to-date feel. For a fun, classic look, we made this bathroom black and white with a splash of metallic silver. We replaced the pedestal sink with a contemporary square, wall mounted sink & faucet, repainted the radiator, an accented black chair rail, and installed new black and white rectangular tile flooring. Home located in Edgewater, Chicago. Designed by Chi Renovation & Design who serve Chicago and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. In this contemporary facelift we remodeled the guest bath using carrara marble tile, custom cabinetry and grohe faucetry

The farmhouse style of this bathroom is exemplified with the decorative spiral cabinet pulls, the framed mirrors, and the knotted medium-grained wood cabinets. Strong and bold colors in the cabinets and the wood framed mirror help to contrast the light color walls.

The deep midnight blue floor to celling tiles add that luxury feel to this ensuite bathroom. With shaker style cabinetry that has been a theme throughout the home and polished gold hardware adding that extra element, to an already stunning bathroom.

This gorgeous blue variety tile resulted in a fun shower space for anyone to enjoy!
