This first year meadow was established using a combination of plugs and seed mix, as the meadow matures it will surely attract a wide array of pollinators and songbirds. The loose, slightly wild look of the meadow blends into the look provide by the nearby salt marsh. The path leads from the driveway to the waterfront patio.

Our client contracted us to design and build a functional and interesting water front project that had to be family friendly!! They wanted a cozy fire pit area that also contained a 3 piece natural rock bubbler. They also wanted a spa area with lounger space for sunbathing as well as a beach area for sandcastles and beach toy storage. No expense was spared with a custom pergola, natural rock retaining and steps as well as landscape lighting and well placed trees and shrubs. Concrete edge and aggregate beds make for a low maintenance dream yard!!

This side tropical walkway continues from the front of the home to lead to the back with wide open beach views. Utilizing Calypso coral flagstones with dark beach pebbles and limestone boulders, it is framed with tropical beds of palms, crotons, a pitch apple hedge and other ground covers.

Urban Projects
During the Covid lockdown the client used the old carport as somewhere they could sit and eat and enjoy the view from
We came up with the idea to remove the old carport and build a timber-frame sunroom extension in the same place connecting to the main house
The sunroom provides both a living and dining space complete with full length bifold doors and to keep it light roof lanterns were installed
The Client at the time lives more than 200 miles away so it was important to make her feel a part of the development and this was achieved all the way through by means of photos, videos and calls.
