We designed this bespoke traditional laundry for a client with a very long wish list! 1) Seperate laundry baskets for whites, darks, colours, bedding, dusters, and delicates/woolens. 2) Seperate baskets for clean washing for each family member. 3) Large washing machine and dryer. 4) Drying area. 5) Lots and LOTS of storage with a place for everything. 6) Everything that isn't pretty kept out of sight.

This show stopping sprawling estate home features steep pitch gable and hip roofs. The mix of exterior materials include stone, stucco, shakes, and Hardie board. This home design incorporates outdoor living and entertaining for all ages including an out door kitchen, lounge area, deck, pool, fire tables and more! Cabinets were wrapped around this wall intersection to continue the flow of the space. A bookshelf cabinet was incorporated to hold a flat screen tv. Decorative cabinet door ends were incorporated onto the sides of the cabinets for a seamless transition. Two, double trash pullouts were incorporated for a recycling center. At the end of the cabinet run, the cabinet runs to the countertop. The glass door and traditional mullions allows for display space. The white glazed cabinets add warmth and depth to the space to fit the style of this tudor home.

This generously sized room creates the perfect environment for dining and entertaining. Ventilation is provided by balanced sliding sash windows and a traditional rising canopy on the roof.
