This large family room required custom couches. One of the couches is 12 feet long. Two coffee tables are floated in front of the large couch.

Such a fun lake house vibe - you would never guess this was a dark garage before! A cozy electric fireplace in the entertainment wall on the right adds ambiance. Barn doors hide the TV during wild ping pong matches, or slide to neatly cover display shelving. The double glass door at the back of the room was the location of the old overhead garage door.

The Family Room is more for TV watching, so we did a double chaise sofa for him and her. Their dog gets the middle. I added an upholstered ottoman for the center seating to have a place to put up their feet. Two small chairs were placed in front of the TV for when they have a lot of guests to entertain. walls Sherwin Williams 7051 Analytical Gray.

The Renovation of this home held a host of issues to resolve. The original fireplace was awkward and the ceiling was very complex. The original fireplace concept was designed to use a 3-sided fireplace to divide two rooms which became the focal point of the Great Room. For this particular floor plan since the Great Room was open to the rest of the main floor a sectional was the perfect choice to ground the space. It did just that! Although it is an open concept the floor plan creates a comfortable cozy space.

This perfectly blended townhouse fuses contemporary styling with laid back comfort.
The open floor plan integrates kitchen and living room entertaining. Bespoke details include furnishings that are custom detailed, a media wall with extensive storage, an LED fireplace for chilly mornings and home theatre-like flat screen television.

Here is an open floor plan - lovely and spacious -
and a view beyond! The flooring is a wood-look porcelain tile, which runs throughout the entire downstairs. This home is ready for guests and just relaxing with family.
