The owners' wanted to reduce clutter inside their garage. They also wanted storage that could hide away: toys, lawn tools, etc. We built custom cabinets that are 2' deep on the rear wall of the garage to help meet their needs. The TV was hung on the wall to sit over the Owner's workbench.

These lovely All-Wood Custom doors by Designer Doors, Inc are in their Tri-Fold design. The door exteriors were painted to blend with the home's exterior and the interior was stained with Sikkens Cetol to provide warmth to the garage. The doors were high lifted, the track was powder coated and the doors were fitted with LiftMaster 8500 wall mount units to further enhance the garage interior.

The design build team selected Clopay Canyon Ridge Collection Limited Edition Series insulated faux wood carriage house garage doors with built-in WindCode reinforcement for the home’s two-car attached garage. The cladding looks like real wood, but it won’t rot, warp or crack, which is an important benefit for exterior products installed in a damp, four-season coastal environment. We turned this detached 2-car garage into a beautiful modern ADU packed with amazing features. This ADU has a kitchenette, full bathroom, and bedroom with closet space. The ADU has a brown vinyl wood floor, recessed lighting, ductless A/C, top-grade insulation, GFCI outlets, and more. The bathroom has a fixed vanity with one faucet and the shower is covered with large white marble tiles with pebble accents. The bedroom is an additional 150 sq. that was added to the detached garage.
