Bubblegum pink is a shade used throughout this joyful teen girl’s bedroom. To conceal an unwanted arched window, we designed a mock roman shade and valance that emphasize the beautiful framed windows. This custom window treatment is designed in three different Robert Allen Design fabrics—a hot pink, a lime green, and a green leopard print fabric.

Built in the 1960's in Apple Orchard Manors, this home was ready for an update. The owners, recently married, wanted a ensuite bedroom and bathroom. This organic, cottage like room is now a place to enjoy day to day life while being surrounded by the colors and textures they love most. A successful primary bedroom and bathroom remodel thrilled our clients.

Beachy Boheme Interiors
This charming kids guest room was design with fun and whimsy in mind. The client wanted to transform a spare bedroom into a guest room for kids. We achieved some fun and flare with a new coat of paint and Eskayel wallpaper to give the space character and movement. We furnished the room with a daybed that includes a trundle to accommodate two children. We added boho elements like a bright vintage Moroccan rug and mixed textures with pillows and blankets that have graphic patterns. The cave chair serves as a reading nook for bedtime stories and the mirrors on the walls add a bit of Middle Eastern flare. Photos by Amber Thrane.
Studio Z Architecture
Above the new first floor expansion, the second floor gained space to expand and make greater use of the existing rooms.

Because our home is a two-bedroom, we use our second room for an office and guest room. We built a custom lofted bed and bookshelf out of salvage robin's egg blue bead board and sustainable plywood. Simply climb the large lip of the book shelf ladder to get to your own lofted space, equipped with a 3/4 full mattress and plenty of pillows.
