123 Remodeling redesigned the space of an unused built-in desk to create a custom coffee bar corner. Wanting some differentiation from the kitchen, we brought in some color with Ultracraft cabinets in Moon Bay finish from Studio41 and wood tone shelving above. The white princess dolomite stone was sourced from MGSI and the intention was to create a seamless look running from the counter up the wall to accentuate the height. We finished with a modern Franke sink, and a detailed Kohler faucet to match the sleekness of the Italian-made coffee machine.
Cabinet-S-Top
In this designer kitchen displays three-tone cabinet finishes. On the perimeter is Greenfield Cabinetry’s Framed Augusta door in Glacier paint grade finish, the Island is Greenfield Cabinetry’s Framed Augusta door in the Pesto paint grade finish and the wine bar and information center is Greenfield Cabinetry’s Framed Augusta in the Alder Breakwater finish. The countertop on the perimeter is Caesarstone organic white quartz and on the Island is Cambria Ivy Bridge quartz. The backsplash is CTI Daylight Expression ceramic tile in glass finish. A 3’ Galley workstation is installed in the island. And the flooring is Triversa Congoleum in warm gray.
Refined Renovations & Refined Home
A family moved from the city to this home just north of Boston. The house was built in the early 2000s and needed some updating - a new kitchen, mudroom, and a laundry room that had to be relocated to the second floor. In addition to the renovations, the couple needed to furnish their home. This included furniture, decor, accessories, wallpaper, window treatments, paint colors etc. Every room was transformed to meet the family's needs and was a reflection of their personality. The end result was a bright, fun and livable home for the couple and their three small children. Max Holiver Photography

Across from the kitchen lies a strategically placed wet bar, separating the breakfast banquette from the main living area. Finished in matching emerald cabinets and antique mirror tile backsplash, the bar features a wine fridge, ice maker, and dual pass-throughs to the living room and patio for easy cocktail delivery.

CALEB by design
This project is in progress with construction beginning July '22. We are expanding and relocating an existing home bar, adding millwork for the walls, and painting the walls and ceiling in a high gloss emerald green. The furnishings budget is $50,000.
