Betz Pools LimitedThe focal point of the yard is a custom 15’ x 25.5’ vinyl pool with full-length stone feature wall elevated to the perfect height for sheer descent waterfalls. The lot slopes off steeply on two sides, so the pool deck is situated five steps below the level of the driveway via the gate beside the garage.

Its uniform one-foot depth makes it an ideal play area where toddlers can joyfully splash about, of course under watchful eyes from the adjoining lounge area.

It features ‘JetPak’ interchangeable spa jet modules which allow the owners to reconfigure the spa to their own personal hydrotherapy preferences.

Not only was the square footage confining, but the drop in elevation also provided challenges. The steep descending flagstone path on the right shows how the drop in elevation continues.
