This lake house porch uses a palette of neutrals, blues and greens to incorporate the client’s favorite color: turquoise. A bead board ceiling, woven wood blinds, wicker ceiling fan and outdoor grass rug set the stage for Indonesian rain drum tables and a vintage turquoise planter.

Texas swimming pool designer Mike Farley takes you to the design of a Colleyville residential Lazy River project that has already won multiple awards and was featured on HGTV "Cool Pools". This pool has it all - outdoor kitchen, multiple waterfalls, rain falls, bridges, an elevated spa on an island surrounded by the river, basketball, luxury cave, underwater speakers, and they converted a stall of the garage to make a bathroom with a dry sauna & walkin dual shower. An empty lot that was planned from the beginning, with the collaboration of the architect, to maximize the garden space by placing the L-shaped house in one of the corners allowing for every room to have a view of the expansive garden united by a swimming pool.
