“I engaged Designpoint with a fairly detailed brief and some clear functional ideas. The most important aspect for me was the ability to work together over detailed aspects of the design in order to understand the final outcome. I enjoyed the working relationship and found Designpoint very available and easy to engage with. The design of this 400m2 contemporary house was completed on time and to a fixed budget. The engagement between Designpoint and the builder enabled a speedy completion of Code Compliance at the end of the project. I am totally satisfied with the finished outcome of the design including positioning on a 1500m2 site and the connection with final landscape effects.”

The latest project, currently underway is a complete revamp of the Lounge and dining room. This has involved advice on room layouts and colour scheme, selection and procurement of furniture, lighting, new fireplaces, shutters etc and liaison with sub-contractors. All work has been carried out to our complete satisfaction.”

“Lisa and I engaged 9Design Environments in 2014 as architects for the renovation of our run down home in Auckland. Documentation was provided cost efficiently and on time, and during the build all site inspections undertaken on schedule. Shannon and her colleagues were friendly, approachable and professional and worked well with our builder. Most importantly, during the design stages, Shannon was open to our ideas, testing them and either giving us a reality check or finding creative and practical ways to make them work. We are very happy with the result.”

“Tse:Wallace Architects did a great job for us. They worked tirelessly to prepare concept plans, convert them into really great architectural plans that brought the detail to life, and they project managed the build process. They were always on time or ahead of us for planning meetings, and brought great ideas to the planning phase. They managed the consenting and build processes flawlessly, making it as hassle free as possible, and had excellent working relationships with the engineer, builders and other trades and suppliers, but were firm and always driving them to deliver what we wanted. We're thrilled with the final result.”
