The building site was small with limited access but Jeremy was very organised and had all his ‘ducks in a row’, imperative for everything to run smoothly. He was open to using new and different materials, made appropriate suggestions and provided a very comprehensive breakdown of costs. Throughout the build we were involved and consulted, any issues which arose were dealt with and it was clear Jeremey knew the building regulations and was able to provide solutions to any problems.. His team were punctual, competent, respectful, tidy, friendly and easy to communicate with. Jeremey took away all the stress of building with his professional, considerate approach. Obviously with new builds there are the occasional things that need attention after the build has been completed and these were dealt with in a timely manner without any issues.
