If you use masonry paint, we could head in a warm greige direction for all of it - not so yellow . .. something that can give you a bit more contrast against the white windows and trim - even 40 does a lot for us . . . what about a blue green gray? I saw the neutral tones with beige/peach accents and thought -- color! I did a screen capture and put in my painting, Child of Eden, because the greens interacted so well with the room. (Not sure about the size ratio -- the framed picture is 30 x 26.) As a fine artist, I tell my clients -- when you choose artwork for your home, the most important thing to look for is what you like, and what makes you smile -- and it will fit into any color scheme you choose, simply because you love it. When we start over-focusing on matching the color scheme, we risk buying something for the color scheme first, and our liking it second. Both you, and the artwork in your home, deserve better than that.

I agree with emily. if you want leave connections and/or a little extra room for what you don't want, but feel you may need for resale. I think the tub is a pretty important item. wet room not at all, and shower is give or take. i would prefer a big shower and a tub for soaking in, but I have always had the combo. I remember my mom built during big wet bar craze, she did not care for one. had space built, capped off connections and use as a closet. Now it is 35 years later, everyone wants to buy and tear down. Darned if you do, darned if you don't. i agree, I would also really like the separate toilet, we are not share everything people.

I suspect I've driven every South Island road over the years haha -- once I worked out to look for the Port Hills I worked out the one way street system in Chch haha , then half it fell over and they put cones everywhere . I've been out to Oxford and Hororata and Twizel and Otematata more times than I could count , same with Gore and Haast and Reefton . One of our Motorsport customers lives on the edge of Keri Keri -- he has 4 or 5 race cars and maybe 30 classic cars , so often its me that drives up and collects or swaps a car with him -- he spends $200k a year on motorsport , a fair amount of that with us , so I do Whangarei and Kerikeri several times a year too .
