Comments (24)Oh so cool you noticed that we're trying to achieve a french country/industrial look or did we write that somewhere? I've attached some other photos of a bedroom and the foyer (of those we've taken so far), but are absolutely open to suggestions on a "beachy" feel as well or instead of. Although because its a beach house we don't want to go over board on expense and hence keeping what we already have, and just adding personality to it, if you get what we mean. Comments (15)I love all your ideas....bu as we currently have a new + good bin in there already, i don't want to spend another $100+ on another..and this is only a temporary solution...for the nxt few years..as the kitchen won't last much longer. I already have my 'kitchen' cleaning products under my sink..which is unfortunately a separate cupboard to my bin. We couldn't fit the bin under the sink! Prob not much point me taking the cleaning stuff out of my laundry to put in the bin cupboard!! I think i might put some plywood up beside the bin to keep one side of the cupboard separate! That way i have at least 1/2 cupboard of useful space!!...See MoreNeighbor Dilemma - Gawking!!!
Comments (31)My ex-husband and I had an issue with a large window that looked out over a sidewalk where people were constantly walking by and looking directly into our living room. We solved the problem by using window film that was one-way so we could see out but it was like a mirror if anyone tried to look in. There are other varieties as well. We still got all the sunshine and light but didn't need to worry about whether or not the neighbors could see me watching tv in my nightie on a sick day...It also meant the door to door salesmen couldn't look in and see that I was home when I didn't answer the door. http://www.gilafilms.com/en/privacy-window-film.aspx#.VOuUBS5vksQ...See MoreColour Dilemma
Comments (2)I quite like the carpet colour! Highlighting the terracotta isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm thinking for curtains, maybe a soft white? What were you thinking?...See MoreNIELSEN DYE DESIGN, INC.
