I have golden oak cabinets. A Typhoon Ice counter from Home Depot with black, white, gray, and yellow tones, black stainless appliances...the rest of the home is warm golden maple floors.
I would probably pull out some grays in the top for the backsplash and then go darker on the floors, so you have some contrast. If they are tile, a charcoal gray porcelain in a 12x24 would be nice. If they are wood and can be refinished, the stain color Jacobean is really lovely and looks good with warm tones.
