Hi, I like large floor polished porcelain like this but have heard they are a bad idea to install- requires constant cleaning of smudges, slippery, etc. Any feedback?
Ref your enquiry about polished porcelain tiles. I have been selling these for over 20 years and have never had a problem, I have them in my own house, and if anything, they are easier to clean because of the gloss finish. Most cases we only hoover them, and if they do need washed, we use a neutral cleaner which leaves no residue, most problems if any are from using the wrong cleanig products. As for them been slippy all polished tiles are going to be more slippy than a matt finish tile. If required, you can apply an anti-slip solution.
