The groundcover is Baby's Tears (Soleirolia soleirolii). It is a wonderful option for covering difficult areas in low light, as well as softening the edges of hardscape components (like the above wall). Be aware though, it can be quite invasive, so make sure that it is not planted near areas of lawn, or it will take over!
