Advice wanted - showerhead fixed at wrong height

We're doing a full bathroom renovation through a builder and the builder has fixed the showerhead at the wrong height! We clearly specified 200cm but they mounted it at 190cm. And I've stood under it and it definitely does NOT work. So I have an uncomfortable conversation to have with my builder on correcting the issue.
My questions are,
1) What should the builder do to correct the issue?
2) What pitfalls, shortcuts, and risks should I be on the lookout for? I assume fixing the waterproofing is the big risk here
Key details
- The wall is tiled floor to ceiling
- During framing there was a noggin installed to hold the shower head plumbing in the wall. This will be the wrong height
- The whole area (floor and walls) was waterproofed in a single coat before the tiles went on
Many thanks!
