The Japanese Garden
An example of a Japanese garden has lot options. This space only measure 8ft x 4ft (3 square meters)
As you can see in the photos, we incorporated a tsukubai (Japanese source) and a karesansui (sand garden) This work was carried in only 3 days !!!
The Japanese Garden
This zen garden is located on a central courtyard that connects the kitchen of the house, with the living - dining area and main access hall.
As you can see it is glazed on several sides, each view after concluded the work is slightly different. This time, only put a lamp in Japanese style to give the night lighting environment.
This is a sample of a Zen garden that carries an implicit minimalist in design. The conditions in the house are basically clear and minimalist tones, it is for that reason that it was decided to this design.
Few elements, well distributed, with a mix of different textures, from coarse gravel and dark gray color, contrasting with the white gravel and raked; allows us to balance the wabi sabi and the scene.

Northwest Native Landscapes LLC
This compact, urban backyard was in desperate need of privacy. We created a series of outdoor rooms, privacy screens, and lush plantings all with an Asian-inspired design sense. Elements include a covered outdoor lounge room, sun decks, rock gardens, shade garden, evergreen plant screens, and raised boardwalk to connect the various outdoor spaces. The finished space feels like a true backyard oasis.
Bethesda Garden Design llc
Asian inspired setting with a dry river bed snaking through this side garden. A central bridge and a path made of natural stone steppers run right through the middle of the dry stone bed. Shade tolerant plants provide texture, color and visual interest.
Thrive Landscape And Design
We designed this informal, Asian inspired Zen garden with curved gravel paths, sitting areas with a fire pit, bamboo, and Japanese red maple. Their back yard was too shady to grow good grass so we made a great hang out space for them. Cutters Landscaping installed this project.
