Custom Design & ConstructionOur client approached us while he was in the process of purchasing his ½ lot detached unit in Hermosa Beach. He was drawn to a design / build approach because although he has great design taste, as a busy professional he didn’t have the time or energy to manage every detail involved in a home remodel. The property had been used as a rental unit and was in need of TLC. By bringing us onto the project during the purchase we were able to help assess the true condition of the home. Built in 1976, the 894 sq. ft. home had extensive termite and dry rot damage from years of neglect. The project required us to reframe the home from the inside out.
To design a space that your client will love you really need to spend time getting to know them. Our client enjoys entertaining small groups. He has a custom turntable and considers himself a mixologist. We opened up the space, space-planning for his custom turntable, to make it ideal for entertaining. The wood floor is reclaimed wood from manufacturing facilities. The reframing work also allowed us to make the roof a deck with an ocean view. The home is now a blend of the latest design trends and vintage elements and our client couldn’t be happier!

dRemodelingRustic slate adds depth and texture to this brightly lit 3rd floor bathroom. A light oak wall hung vanity and storage tower accentuate the honey brown tones and compliment the richer deep tones found in the faux slate tile. A generously large white sink basin extends up above the top of the vanity, topped with a single lever faucet. By elevating the vanity and storage tower, cleaning underfoot is a breeze. The new whirlpool tub features a deep soaking depth and new accessible grab bars allows the homeowners ease in and out of the tub. A new modern sliding bypass shower door and new stainless steel shower fixtures gives the shower stall an updated appearance.
Design Studio InternationalThe new vanity wall is ready for it's close up. Lovely mix of colors, materials, and textures makes this space a pleasure to use every morning and night. In addition, the vanity offers surprising amount of closed and open storage.

N C RA once small, cramped space has been turned into an elegant, spacious bathroom. We relocated most of the plumbing in order to rearrange the entire layout for a better-suited design. For additional space, which was important, we added in a large espresso-colored vanity and medicine cabinet. Light natural stone finishes and a light blue accent wall add a sophisticated contrast to the rich wood furnishings and are further complemented by the gorgeous freestanding pedestal bathtub and feminine shower curtains.

UserWarm colors and African inspired elements make up the design of this small guest bathroom. A black glass vessel sink sits atop an antique vanity hand-carved to look like elephant trunks. Bronze accessories complement the ebony stain of the vanity, while adding contrast to the satin nickel faucet and tub fittings. Slate tiles in warm brown, gold and coppery red tones make up the tub surround, feature strip and bath flooring pulling the color palette through the entire space.
John Webb Construction and DesignA traditional style home brought into the new century with modern touches. the space between the kitchen/dining room and living room were opened up to create a great room for a family to spend time together rather it be to set up for a party or the kids working on homework while dinner is being made. All 3.5 bathrooms were updated with a new floorplan in the master with a freestanding up and creating a large walk-in shower.
