This home includes floor to ceiling windows to incorporate the view, spectacular, as well as a very comfortable home for a family. This home has since burnt down in the Thomas Fire. Now a tailored sink skirt hides the pipes below the sink. Inverted pleats are in a contrast blue with self welting at the edges, and a nailhead detail at the top of each pleat repeats the military inspiration of the design. A cutout was needed at the bottom right to bypass the pipes there, and still allow the sink skirt to hang straight. The lined and interlined skirt can be removed for cleaning as needed. Linda H. Linen cabinet storage sits at the other end of the vanity and the original stain glass window allows beautiful colorful light to come through.

Несмотря на то, что метлахские ковры могут являться иллюстрацией викторианского стиля и собираться из разных мельчайших деталей, для этого интерьера автор подобрала самое подходящее решение: интеллигентные квадраты, скромные но благородные. Которые лишь слегка разбавлены оригинальным узором из метлахской плитки.

Completed remodel of a 1930's bathroom. The original space was dark and dated. The client wanted a brighter and lighter space with up-to-date fixtures and easy to clean surfaces. Sheet vinyl made to look like wood completes the floor while a warm beige tiled tub surround complements the warm values the client was desiring since the beginning.
