Pour cet investissement locatif, nous avons aménagé l'espace en un cocon chaleureux et fonctionnel. Il n'y avait pas de chambre à proprement dit, alors nous avons cloisonné l'espace avec une verrière pour que la lumière continue de circuler.

Impluvium Architecture Location: Alamo, CA, USA This was our first personal Custom Home (our second is now under construction) and it functioned has Impluvium's Home / Office I was the Architect and Owner and directed all aspects of design and construction This was our personal + Impluvium's first personal Custom Home / Office. The design is actually a compromise between traditional and modern. We wanted to do a modern but our neighbor (another project of mine = Dinstell Residence) wanted to a French Country but I knew both styles would clash next to each other professionally - so we re-designed it as a Contemporary Craftsman with a Modern Interior.

The centerpiece and focal point to this tiny home living room is the grand circular-shaped window which is actually two half-moon windows jointed together where the mango woof bar-top is placed. This acts as a work and dining space. Hanging plants elevate the eye and draw it upward to the high ceilings. Colors are kept clean and bright to expand the space. The love-seat folds out into a sleeper and the ottoman/bench lifts to offer more storage. The round rug mirrors the window adding consistency. This tropical modern coastal Tiny Home is built on a trailer and is 8x24x14 feet. The blue exterior paint color is called cabana blue. The large circular window is quite the statement focal point for this how adding a ton of curb appeal. The round window is actually two round half-moon windows stuck together to form a circle. There is an indoor bar between the two windows to make the space more interactive and useful- important in a tiny home. There is also another interactive pass-through bar window on the deck leading to the kitchen making it essentially a wet bar. This window is mirrored with a second on the other side of the kitchen and the are actually repurposed french doors turned sideways. Even the front door is glass allowing for the maximum amount of light to brighten up this tiny home and make it feel spacious and open. This tiny home features a unique architectural design with curved ceiling beams and roofing, high vaulted ceilings, a tiled in shower with a skylight that points out over the tongue of the trailer saving space in the bathroom, and of course, the large bump-out circle window and awning window that provides dining spaces.

__ We had so much fun designing in this Spanish meets beach style with wonderful clients who travel the world with their 3 sons. The clients had excellent taste and ideas they brought to the table, and were always open to Jamie's suggestions that seemed wildly out of the box at the time. The end result was a stunning mix of traditional, Meditteranean, and updated coastal that reflected the many facets of the clients. The bar area downstairs is a sports lover's dream, while the bright and beachy formal living room upstairs is perfect for book club meetings. One of the son's personal photography is tastefully framed and lines the hallway, and custom art also ensures this home is uniquely and divinely designed just for this lovely family. __ Design by Eden LA Interiors Photo by Kim Pritchard Photography

Studio 76 Kitchens and Baths

In this two story addition, we designed a family room (or lounge) adjacent to the home gym. In one corner of the room sits a wet bar with a wine cooler, Artisan Grey Quartz countertop by HanStone, a Blanco Silgranit sink, and backsplash and side wall tile Ona Blanco with wave pattern by Porcelanosa. The floating shelves and the cabinets are from our very own Studio 76 Home line of cabinetry and design.
