A small and dysfunctional kitchen was replaced with a luxury modern kitchen in 3 zones - cook zone, social zone, relax zone. By removing walls, the space opened up to allow a serious cook zone and a social zone with expansive pantry, tea/coffee station and snack prep area. Adjacent is the relax zone which flows to a formal dining area and more living space via french doors.

Copper by Design
CbD’s Splashback is this ever-changing spirit, embodied in a sleek sheath of fine, bespoke copper. A living, breathing kitchen terroir - a relative to the sourdough loaf - it is an expressionistic mirror to the changing conditions of the kitchen. Anti-microbial, and an even distributor of heat, CbD’s copper Splashback will patina in relationship with your specific environment, providing a kaleidoscopic piece of artwork, tailored by your workplace or home.

The home kitchen of a local restaurateur incorporates all the items he deemed necessary for a functional chef's kitchen in a small space. The open shelving and pot rack provide ease of access. The stainless steel counter is durable, easy to sanitize, and beautifully reflective in a room largely lacking natural light. The arched field tiles provide depth and texture in contrast to the crispness of the stainless professional appliances. The green of the tiles and dark stained open cabinet and wood floor harken back to the origins of this 1924 Craftsman home. The stainless counters are by Soupcan
