Access to the top floor is through narrow doorways so we were mindful of the difficulties of getting furniture into the room but luckily we could get this chair up to provide a relaxing spot for reading or hanging out with friends.

At 166 sq ft, the size of the living/sleeping area in this studio apartment was quite challenging. We made it work by taking careful dimensions of the space as well as every piece of furniture before purchasing. Even the height of the printer mattered as it had to fit between the filing cabinet and the desk. The busy student who lives here had two primary needs: sleeping and studying. Upon completion we felt we met those needs quite well.

View of the Master Bedroom - The beautiful fireplace in the bathroom is double sided and can be enjoyed in the master bedroom as well. We covered the fireplace wall with a accent stacked stone. Top-down bottom-up woven shades on the windows allow in natural light while still providing privacy.

We designed and installed this square grid board and batten wall in this primary suite. It is painted Coconut Shell by Behr. Black channel tufted euro shams were added to the existing bedding. We also updated the nightstands with new table lamps and decor, added a new rug, curtains, artwork floor mirror and faux yuca tree. To create better flow in the space, we removed the outward swing door that leads to the en suite bathroom and installed a modern barn door.

Black accents add just the right amount of contrast in this neutral master bedroom. Small on space but big on personality, this Scandinavian style room feels cozy and chic thanks to layers of texture and pattern. Custom elements like the bedside tables and upholstered headboard maximize functionality and available space without compromising style.

This welcoming guest bedroom features an interesting mix of patterns and prints and an inviting upholstered panel smart bed for a restful night’s sleep. Three tall windows with black painted grids offer contrast for the neutral walls and bring lots of natural light into this multi-functional guest bedroom, with space for reading, relaxing and enjoying a good night’s sleep.
