I like doors with panels and I like the doors to match the base boards and window + door trim (usually white). Zebra wood is very unique looking. I like art and rugs to get the attention in a room, not the doors. However, I came across gorgeous photo that appears to use flat veneer zebra wood. The baseboards are white. The multi-color slate really enhances this zebra color, too. I could not find the gray hue zebra wood. Do you have a photo or link?

Nobody's asking, but I wonder what a wood garage door would look like, something to bring out the bit of brick at bottom....I liked our split level.

What color is the inside of your door currently? White? We painted the inside of our front door a dark color (black) and I LOVE how it is a bold statement and makes the trim around it pop! Do it!!!!

Oh wow, it looks fantastic! The black looks so striking against the white, not too sharp at all. Congratulations on the house, you must be very excited to move in. :)
