By gurgling do you mean that all the fixtures are draining slowly with air coming up where water should be going down? If so you may have a blocked sewage air vent. You can Google things to check. If it’s just the downstairs fixtures I’d be checked for “air in the s bend”. You can Google that as well. If you haven’t lived there very long and you’re in a State that requires bathroom floor wastes I’d also be pouring a bucket of water down those. You can try a few things before calling a plumber.
