Hollow sounding tiles

Hello,
we are about to move into a newly built home and I have noticed a couple of tiles in the bathroom that sound hollow. The substrate comprises the concrete slab, insulation board and heating mat. Then comes the glue and tiles.
From what I know, hollow sounding tiles is a sign of delamination or imperfect bonding but I have never had underfloor heating before. Could the heating mat plus insulation etc. be responsible for this sound? Should I be concerned? I have to mention that the rest of the tiles have a high-pitch sound and the hollow ones do not sound hollow on the entire surface of the tile.
Regards,
Dan
