es clients avaient la volonté d'augmenter la superficie de la bâtisse dans le but de créer une pièce de vie principale plus agréable et chaleureuse. Cette extension d’environ 60m² se prolonge dans le parfait alignement de la longère existante et trouve sa force dans sa simplicité et son rapport à l’environnement. Ainsi, un dialogue commence entre l’écriture de l’ancien et les lignes saillantes et épurées du volume créé. Ce projet est rendu possible en partie par sa structure en portiques bois qui offre un espace intérieur orienté Nord-Est, en double hauteur, laissant alors la possibilité de contempler le jardin en contre-plongée.

NIN Building Services carried out external reparation to side of the house. The craftsmanship involved extensive timber restoration and rendering reparation. We have used hard wood for long term solution. Because extensive reparation we needed to apply 5 coats of paint (2 coat of primer and 3 top coats).

Recuperar el pasado con mirada contemporánea Las fachadas de piedra se han rehabilitado siguiendo los criterios del color de patrimonio, conservando su esencia original e integrándose con el entorno del casco antiguo. La cubierta de teja se ha renovado aprovechando un 50% de las tejas originales, garantizando continuidad visual y sostenibilidad en el uso de materiales. Hemos restaurado el forjado tradicional de vigas de madera, latas y ladrillo macizo, manteniendo la estructura y el carácter original de la casa. Las carpinterías exteriores e interiores, también de madera, aportan calidez y coherencia con el conjunto arquitectónico.
