This is a delightful kitchen orangery that we created for a young family living in a garden flat in Lewisham. This professional couple approached us when they were expecting a baby and wanted to extend their garden flat, rather than move from an area of London they had come to love. This modestly sized orangery has transformed their living space and provided a lovely sunny kitchen which opens into their courtyard garden. The small room that housed their original kitchen is now the nursery. The orangery is painted in white with polished chrome door furniture. Client's comment: "Your team was so considerate of us having a small baby in the flat throughout the installation. They were respectful, understanding & kept the place tidy at all times."

Équilibrer des éléments architecturaux modernes avec des caractéristiques édouardiennes traditionnelles était un élément clé de la rénovation complète de cet appartement à Créteil. Toutes les nouvelles finitions ont été sélectionnées pour égayer et animer les espaces, et l’appartement a été aménagé avec des meubles qui apportent une touche de modernité aux éléments traditionnels. La disposition réinventée prend en charge des activités allant d'une soirée de jeu familiale confortable, à des divertissements en plein air. La vie de famille a trouvé sa place, son cocon.

Cet espace intermédiaire servant d'entrée secondaire depuis l'arrière du jardin. Elle est un lieu de passage dedans/dehors. La véranda en acier existante a été révisée et réparée. Le radiateur ancien a été décapé, repeint en noir et remis en place

For a lot of people, a conservatory is still a first thought for a new extension of a property. With that as a thought, the options available for conservatorys have increased drastically over the last few years with a lot of manufactures providing different designs and colours for customers to pick from. When this customer came to us, they were wanting to have a conservatory that had a modern design and finish. After look at a few designs our team had made for them, the customer decided to have a gable designed conservatory, which would have 6 windows, 2 of which would open, and a set of french doors as well. As well as building the conservatory, our team also removed a set of french doors and side panels that the customer had at the rear of their home to create a better flow from house to conservatory. As you can see from the images provided, the conservatory really does add a modern touch to this customers home. With the frame completed, the customer can now have their new conservatory plastered, and the other finishing touches added.

Ce projet consiste en la construction d’un garage pour une maison individuelle. Le garage est composé de deux volumes différents : un espace intérieur pour stationner les voitures et un espace intérieur pour ranger vélos et véhicules motorisés. L’annexe est reliée à la maison existante par l’implantation d’un préau entièrement métallique permettant le stationnement de deux véhicules à l’extérieur. Le projet dans sa totalité a été pensé afin de ne pas dénaturer le bâtiment existant et de s’intégrer au mieux dans son environnement proche. Les matériaux utilisés ont été choisis afin de rester en harmonie avec la nature des matériaux mis en œuvre sur les bâtiments anciens.

This project in Somerset Square makes use of a structural glass link not only to connect two parts on a building It completely opens up a the living area with a fully bespoke, double-glazed frameless glass roof comprising of two sides that bring joints to a minimal to bring the outside in.
