StarMark Cabinetry
This home has "doggone" good design! This design, by Kendra Roenker of Modern Builders Supply, makes pet care easy for the owners, and luxurious for the dogs. The amenities go way beyond the basics. The faucet is placed above the water bowls—no more toting water from the kitchen sink and leaving a wet trail behind. The beds aren't just beds—they are raised beds with stepping stools. The feeding station holds toys, food, leashes and dog grooming tools—there will be no problems finding necessities. What more could a dog or a dog owner need? Kendra specified StarMark Cabinetry's Viola door style in Cherry finished in a beautiful brown cabinet color called Hazelnut. Job well done Kendra! Modern Builders Supply is a StarMark Cabinetry dealer in Florence, Kentucky.

Vale Garden Houses
Designed by Vale Garden Houses this impressive orangery features bi-fold doors to the patio area. Full length panels with sash windows and clerestory. Classical columns to the framework.
Architecturally Speaking
14' x 20' screened-in room addition had to entertain 6-8 people comfortably. The owners wanted to express the roof structure by creating a cross gable on a shed style roof deck. Using exposed beams with a white washed stained 2x T&G roof decking gave a light and airy feel to the room. The T&G fir porch flooring is painted whereas the exterior deck is a solid PVC deck board. The shady site precluded any use of composite decking.

We converted this screened porch to a Four Seasons Sunroom System 230 Walls Shade Straight room. The room has sliding windows of high performance Conserva-Glass Select and screens. Removed existing ceiling and exposed wood beams to give the room a larger feeling but comfortably warm.
The Inside View
This traditional sunroom uses a neutral color palette and a combination of patterns and textures to create a beautiful, classic space. Large windows with white blinds and a gallery wall of family photos make this a bright and welcoming space for a family to gather.
